Here's a step-by-step guide of how it works:
Step 1
You can contact us by telephone on 018 72 272 854 or by e-mail. We will arrange an appointment to visit the property for a FREE valuation within 24 hours. We then discuss the results of the valuation with you, and if we agree a price immediately supply a formal offer in writing through our solicitors.
Step 2
Your solicitor and ours deal with the normal purchase procedure. If you do not have a solicitor, we can recommend a local, independent solicitor who will be aware of your position and act for you accordingly, we also contribute £400 towards your legal costs.
Step 3
In 10 days or less the sale can be completed with cash transferred to your account. Alternatively we can exchange on your property and then delay the completion to a date to suit you, giving all the benefits of a guaranteed sale plus time to find your next property.
